We have introduced a new range of procedures in line with the government guidelines to ensure a safe environment for our customers and staff. We can’t wait to see you all very soon.

Things won’t be exactly as you remember them before lockdown but we all have our part to play & we thank you for your patience in advance as we all get used to a new way of doing things.

Social distancing will be implemented and hand sanitizer will be readily available.

We are only accepting online bookings for track and trace purposes. All bookings must be made through this website.

  • Maximum bookings of up to 4 people
  • Maximum 2 households for one booking
  • At present we cannot accept any requests for specific areas
  • At this time we will not be accepting cash
  • Individual menus will be given to all customers
  • Our capacity will be reduced to allow customers more space between parties
  • All counters, chairs, handles will be cleaned before, after, and in between sittings
  • The bar will not be open for drinks pre or post meals
  • Serving staff will all be equipped with masks
  • Please note due to the nature of the Omakase menu, Endo and the chefs will NOT be able to wear masks or gloves. If you are not comfortable with this we recommend cancelling your booking with us.

Arrival

When arriving in the Helios building, we ask that you come as close to your booking time as possible.

Please gather in households and keep a 1 meter gap between you and other guests that may arrive.

Parties will be guided into the lift by the host/hostess. Only 2 households to be in the lift at one time.

If you or any of your party are feeling unwell please cancel your booking.

Please be aware of noise levels entering and exiting the building as we are in a residential area.
